BTech: (Baccalaureus Technologiae)

This is a short-term offer before the BTech degree is replaced by the Advanced Diploma in 2024.

The BTech degree is a prerequisite for postgraduate studies and designed to allow provide academic readiness and entrance into the MTech programme.

The course has been specifically designed to cater for the diverse multimedia industry experiences so that you will not be disadvantaged if you have been working in one specific area of the multimedia field.

Undergraduates

For all Certificate, Diploma and National Diploma applications, consult the General admission requirements.

Admission Requirements

  • Nature of programme: Two year programme
  • Minimum duration: Two years formal instruction
  • The programme is offered part-time only
  • Classes will take place twice a week in the evenings from 17:30 to 20:30
  • All subjects are compulsory
