GRAPHIC DESIGN

BTech: (Baccalaureus Technologiae)

Graduates make a contribution through research, to the application and evaluation of existing knowledge of a specialised area of graphic design in order to further professional growth and personal development.
Career Opportunities
The main fields of employment are advertising agencies, design studios, printing and publishing houses. Employment opportunities also exist in state-supported institutions such as museums, library services and medical institutions.After gaining practical experience, a graphic designer may decide to become self-employed as a freelance designer. Areas of specialisation include digital design, illustration, packaging, corporate identity and photography.
